Pair of 8.25x8.75" sheets of black paper w/attached concept art on animation paper. Both sections of attached animation paper measure 5.5x7.25" and first shows beautiful pastoral landscape w/rainbow dominating center of image, reflected in stream and waterfall. Five adult Pegasus fly about rainbow. Wonderfully done in colored pencils, art has small paste-over w/the number "11" at lower right. Exc. Second piece has image of excited young Pegasus having just flown through rainbow and he is now covered in a rainbow pattern, liquid color dripping from him as he flies. This is similar to a scene in the finished film where the young black Pegasus plays near and around a rainbow, but he doesn't fly through it in the finished film nor does he ever display such radiant colors.
