The card was originally 10x12" but is missing a 2" wide piece across the center that read "In The Hope That The Effort Made In Assembling This Collection Of Presidents Buttons May Inspire Greater Love Of Country And Fuller Realization Of The Privileges And Responsibilities Of Citizenship, We Take Pleasure In Presenting The Same With Our Best Wishes..." The remaining card has numerous creases, minor dust soiling and about 10" of archival tape repairs to splits on the blank reverse.
