Foxx is pictured in his Easton Minor League team uniform for which he played just prior to joining the Philadelphia Athletics in 1925. Reverse markings include a later pencil publication date along w/"Property Of The Sporting News" ink stamp (in addition to "Sporting News Collection" authentication hologram sticker). A crisp, sharp photo and displays nicely as Beckett encapsulated and designated "Authentic." This is believed to be the earliest known professional image of Foxx, three time AL MVP, 1933 Triple Crown winner and HOF member.
