Item Description
9.25" long tin litho and hard plastic toy comes in original box. 1960s by Alps, Japan. Box is Exc. and complete with inserts. Toy is marked "Apollo Spacecraft/United States" and visible through the front plastic cover are 3 astronauts behind controls. Has removable radar-antenna. Toy works and travels around with bump-and-go action as the radar unit spins and the toy produces a "Realistic Sound Of Space Communication." The radar unit is designed to blink but this does not work, however, toy is old store stock and aside from some minute paint nicks caused at time of production, N. Mint.
