Text includes "Just Sign Your Name To This Authentic Deed And You Automatically Become An Owner Of 1 Square Inch Of Land In The Yukon Gold Rush Country." Reverse side offers more deeds for one cereal box top. NM. This and envelope are rarely seen. Lot includes three 5.5x8" two-sided deeds w/design similar to stock certificate or bank note and are individually numbered. Each has printed date of Jan. 4, 1955. Each deed has lt. vertical and horizontal folds through center as mailed, and one had black felt tip pen signature of TV's Sgt. Preston, Richard Simmons, who signs both his character's name and his own. Deeds show lt. wear along fold lines but are VF-Exc. overall.
