Item Description
c. 1950s. Original box contains 10.5" tall aluminum "Satellite Explorer" helmet w/die-cut reflective plastic face plate and .75x4.5" "Statellite Explorer" sticker w/rocketship and outer space designs. Helmet comes w/additional 4" tall spring coil antenna which is attached to top of helmet. Original instructions included though heavily worn. Scattered moderate wear to reflective face plate as is typical. Helmet has small .5" dent above sticker but is o/w Exc. Original shipping carton shows obvious wear/dust soiling and is just Good. Great design.
