November 2001. 8-3/8x11” magazine w/hand inked #“42 of 250” has wraparound stiff paper cover and 12 bw pages. Superb cover design by George “Igor” Chastain has multitude of horror and sci-fi images w/noted collector and “Famous Monsters of Filmland” editor Ackerman included. Contents include forward by Ray Bradbury, photos of Karloff, Lugosi, and Burroughs. Comes w/separate 8.5x11” promo letter for “It’s Alive” magazine signed in ink “Forrest J. Ackerman” and managing editor Anne Hardin. Magazine and letter are Exc. Nicely designed pair. Comes w/Hake’s COA.
