2.25x4” cardboard frame with tintype in 1.25 x 1.75” oval opening. “Johnson” written long ago in pencil once each on front and back. Slight 7/8” crease on upper right corner tip. Paper seal over photo reverse is totally sealed as issued. Outstanding condition, NM. Rare. See token #163.
