Item Description
Each is 5x7”. John Sununu was Bush’s Chief of Staff 1989-91. Time Magazine called him “Bush’s Bad Cop.” First two are photos at Baltimore Orioles baseball game. First is signed by Bush, Sununu, and Orioles catcher Mickey Tettleton. Second has signatures of Sununu, Tettleton (smeared) and unknown. Third is a Nov. 14, 1987 luncheon ticket signed by The Hon. John H. Sununu with personal inscription to Harry McLaughlin. Last is photo of four men and includes a signature of Geo. H.W. Bush although he is not pictured. Photo includes: York, Pa. Mayor Bill Althaus (signed), Pa. Congressman George Goodling (not signed), Judge John Rauhauser (not signed) who chaired Bi-Centennial Commission to create replica of colonial courthouse where the Continental Congress adopted the Articles of Confederation, and John Sununu (signed). All items come from newsman Harry McLaughlin Collection. Photo with Bush signature comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA. Other two come w/Hake's COA and JSA COA.
