Item Description
Illustrated box contains 16.5" long tin litho gun w/translucent plastic accent pieces that light up. Comes w/metal and plastic tripod for use as machine gun-like weapon. "X Ray Gun" text on sides. 1950s. Nomura, Japan. Box illustrations depict great outer space scene w/astronaut using X Ray Gun against advancing flying saucers. Box has scattered wear at corners and along edges and faint age spotting. Box bottom has 1.5" puncture. Fine. Very detailed gun has scattered lt. wear in the form of tiny paint nicks/scratches. Gun works, lights and firing noise is produced. VF. Great design.
