Auction #208 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1277 in auction 208
Item Description
First is engraved metal bar reading "Harrison" with two lines of linked chain leading to a brass tassel. Reverse has the pin although the clasp to hold it has snapped off. This is 3" tall. Next is brass shell stickpin featuring eagle at top with raised wings while below is circular frame flanked by four flags. At center is cardboard photo of Harrison. The photo is lightly tanned and the contrast could be stronger but the photo remains completely clean with clearly visible portrait. Next is cloth covered lapel stud depicting a flag above the name "Cleveland." This is .75". Next is 1-7/8" tall stickpin with rwb fabric rim around copper center jugate with text below "18CS92." Fabric shows some wear but metal parts remain Mint. Next is 1" dia. silver luster frame mounted on a stickpin so the piece is 1-9/16" tall. At center is real photo cardboard jugate of Harrison & Morton. Images are a little on the dark side but there is no significant damage to the photo itself. Last is 11/16" brass lapel stud with "Harrison" across a displayed eagle and surrounding slogan "Protection For American Labor 1888." NM. A nice group.
