7/8" soft shades of rwb with tiny yellow accents. Full figure of Liberty holding flowing flag in one hand while other hand points downward towards broken gears she stands upon. Slogan is "Give Us Liberty - Down With The Corrupt Political Machine." Reverse backpaper by Keystone Badge, Reading, Pa. used only 1902-1914. Scarcer than also issued 1.25" size. NM displaying Mint.
