16.25" dia. tin litho base w/images of rocketships, spacemen and Sputnik-like satellites in space w/5" dia. tin litho globe of the Earth at center and metal rod w/plastic attachment that has weighted tin litho flying saucer that revolves around globe by way of rubber bladder/pump. Ohio Art Co. Late 1950s. Globe has .25x.5" area of bare metal showing and rubber bladder has hardened w/age so toy no longer functions. Still displays VF. Interestingly designed toy. Scarce.
