3" button promoting "The Washington Fringe Benefit/A Dell Book." Ray was the female half of a much publicized sex scandal in 1976. She was on the payroll of a committee run by Ohio Congressman Wayne Hays as a clerk-secretary but when the scandal broke she admitted "I Can't Type, I Can't File, I Can't Even Answer The Phone." Button has single tiny raised bump on upper right caused by reverse bar pin but remains Mint. From the Marshall Levin Collection. Comes with Hake's COA.
