When slid off the underside has an opening that holds a small 3-D brass "Hidden Alarm Whistle." The ring top also includes a circular metallic insert to send signals. Box is 3x4x.75" deep. There are small pieces off the mailing label but overall condition is Fine. Instructions are a 4" tall folded piece of lightly tanned paper. Paper explains all the features of the ring "For Rescue And Adventure Games." Included is advertising for Powerhouse with a coupon to order additional rings. The ring itself, with red plastic base, is essentially Mint. Glows brightly.
