Item Description
14x22.5" cardboard poster for Jan. 20, 1952 concert that took place at Kaliko Kat in Wichita, KS. The concert was headlined by Little Esther and also featured Mel Walker and Johnny Otis and His Barrel House Orchestra, who recorded Little Esther's "Cupid's Boogie" (which is listed along w/some of Esther's other songs)in 1950. In addition, concert featured Redd Lyte, whose photo is featured along w/the other acts. Poster has obvious wear w/moderate moisture staining at top marquee area, which has left corner tip off. Margins also have moderate aging but main area of poster remains bright and clean. VG overall but would look great framed.
