4.25x5.5" sheet w/silk-screened image of "Star Trek" U.S.S. Enterprise at bottom right. Top has been signed in black felt tip pen by show creator Gene Roddenberry (1921-1991). Faint vertical fold at left running through most of sheet but does not detract from overall appearance, which remains Exc. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
