2” tall with NM brass luster spread wing eagle perched upon a draped horizontal flag which in turn has a pair of loops leading to an embossed brass shield with rose and leaf designs all surrounding real photo oval without dot pattern. This is an outstanding example with no flaking of the hand applied painted accents. Hake #3096.
