1.25” with fixed horizontal bar pin. Back paper by Pettibone is incomplete and very dark. Celluloid, mostly on the flag area, has a number of light tan age dots but still with full color and high gloss. Text reads “Notification Day/July 28-08/Cincinnati/W.H. Taft.” Hake #212. Still displays well. Scarce.
