Item Description
1.25" which once had a ribbon suspended below by the collet. Bit of fabric remains in the reverse opening. Pictured is Willard who served as the W.C.T.U. President 1879-1898. Text on button reads "12th L.T.L. State Convention Lancaster, Pa June 29-July 2, 1903." The initials stand for Ladies' Temperance League. Couple tiny 1/16" rub marks show only in reflected light. NM displaying Mint. First we've seen.
