Item Description
1.5" by Slater picturing and reading "Joelle/People Before Profits." Button is on small card with notation by collector Marshall Levin reading "Conn. -1986/C.P." Joelle Fishman was a frequent Communist Party candidate for Congress from Connecticut's Third Congressional District. In later years she became Commissioner on the City Of New Haven Peace Commission and chaired the Connecticut Communist Party USA. Button has tiny air dot but Mint as made. Comes with Hake's COA.
