Item Description
Each is about 2" to 2.25" tall. Three are brass and one in silver luster. Each has maker name stamped on reverse with the first two being "Schneider & Betz Buffalo, N.Y." Second two are "C.C. Penfold Buffalo, N.Y." First three all have hanger bar designating "Friendship N.Y." Suspension on the first is dated for 1882 with name of company "J.R. Wellman/3." Nice design of helmet, pikes and ladder. Second showing engine is dated on the bar "Sept 7th 1887." Lower text reads "Friendship No. 1 Steamer Co." Third is dated the same on the bar with suspension showing early hose truck with text "Elliott Hose No. 1" with hydrant design below. Last has hanger reading "Corning Sept. 13 '88." Below is raised image of early hose truck with hydrant and ladders below. Hand engraved rim with floral accents reads "Joe Gorton Hose No. 1 Friendship N.Y." All have NM to Mint luster.
