Item Description
12.75x19" sign promotes 1941 premium "The Adventures Of Little Orphan Annie" comic book that was available w/the purchase of a package of Quakers Puffed Wheat or Rice Sparkies cereals. Comic measured 7.5x9.75" w/16 full color pages featuring Annie, Capt. Sparks plus short story for "Magic Morro." Inside covers pictured and described total of 18 mail premiums. Back cover had illustrated ad for "Secret Guard" club kit items. Vertical fold at center, sign has 2" tear by Capt. Sparks image and scattered dust soiling. Some penciling at blank area for price, but this is ultimately unused. VG overall. Very rare. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection and comes with COA.
