Brass base features designs of rockets, planets and stars. Top has red plastic frame holding brass bar that pushes down on a spring and locks into place. A 1.25" tall glow-in-dark rocket is dropped into the top and then launched into space when the spring is released. Ring and complete 3 rocket set are Essentially Mint.
