This is the complete ring. The promotion text instructed "Wear It As A Ring Or Carry It In Your Pocket." It consists of a yellow plastic ring base on which 2" long gray rocket body can be positioned if item is being used as a ring. Rocket includes key chain and built-in "Secret Alarm And Signal Whistle." Also an inset and removable "Secret Magnifying Glass" is positioned on the top of rocket. The main feature is a glow-in-dark .5x5/8" stiff paper illustration of Captain Video. This glows brightly and his image can be seen in the dark. Tail fin area of the plastic surface has slightly whiter color as made. A similar ring was also issued by Popsicle as a premium for Major Mars. A rare ring as parts were easily lost.
