This has about 10 tiny oxidation dots and tiny area of oxidation on the reverse clip but overall Exc. This also comes with a 3-fold paper instruction folder from Wheaties. Also included for this is a generic paper envelope with cardboard protector on the interior. This has some edge tears and inked inscription "J. Armstrong Pedometer." Both instruction folders are quite scarce.
