Stipulations include not being required to ride horseback if track is wet or slippery, and not allowed to use phrases “Hi-Yo Silver Or Hi-Yo Silver, Away”. Page four is signed in ink at bottom “Geo. Trendle” and “Jay Silverheels”. Sheets have a few minor creases, blank top edges have staple holes. Overall Fine. Signatures are bold and Exc. Silverheels (1912-1980) was born Harold J. Smith. He played Tonto on the TV show from 1949 to 1957, and in the 1956 and 1958 feature films. Historic document signed by two major Lone Ranger related figures.
