Pair issued as promotional items in conjunction w/the release of the 1974 crime drama film directed by John Sturges and starring John Wayne. Adult size large t-shirt has fingerprint-like pattern depicting Wayne as Detective Lt. Lon "McQ" McHugh pointing gun and "John Wayne is 'McQ'" text. Shirtly is lightly aged but appears never to have been worn and is Exc. overall. Comes w/3.5" tall heavy glazed ceramic coffee mug by Ketchum Originals of Long Beach, CA. Issued exclusively to cast and crew on the film, mug is of the highest quality w/reflective gold luster handle, large "McQ" name w/images of police officer badge, revolver and automatic pistol w/silencer. Reverse features facsimile "Good Luck - John Wayne" inscription. NM.
