Hat NM overall and comes w/original cardboard sleeve for mini hatbox. These small hats/boxes were to be used as unusual gift certificates. Pair of plastic toy handcuffs and keys come in original plastic bag w/header card picturing Wayne as he appeared as US Marshal J.D. Cahill from his 1973 Western "Cahill U.S. Marshal."
