Item Description
Small 2.75x3.25x1.5" tall flocked thin vacuform plastic Stetson hat comes in oval lidded cardboard Stetson box w/lid underside reading "The Man Who Wears The Stetson "Duke" Is A Man With True Grit" and comes w/small sheet of paper w/same text, referencing Wayne's classic 1969 Western. Hat NM overall and comes w/original cardboard sleeve for mini hatbox. These small hats/boxes were to be used as unusual gift certificates. The recipient would take it back to the issuing store to exchange it for the actual hat. Pair of plastic toy handcuffs and keys come in original plastic bag w/header card picturing Wayne as he appeared as US Marshal J.D. Cahill from his 1973 Western "Cahill U.S. Marshal." Issued by Warner Bros, header card reads "You Are A Winner In The 'HandCuff Your Date' Contest For Cahill, United States Marshal" on one side, w/other side giving directions to handcuff date w/these handcuffs and show that you are handcuffed to receive free admission to the movie. Header card show wear w/a few creases and is Fine/VF overall w/contents Mint as packaged. Neat pair.
