"Tom Corbett Space Cadet" box contains 7.5" long hard plastic "Rex Mars Planet Patrol" gun/flashlight. Marx. 1950s. This gun came in two colors - red and blue - and was produced for Space Patrol, Tom Corbett Space Cadet and Rex Mars, and only difference was text on gun handle. This is red Rex Mars version. Comes w/envelope containing "Auxilliary Red And Green Signal Lenses" which are circular sheets of colored plastic that were slipped in front of light to produce a color "ray." Atomic pistol produces "Sensational Super 300 Ft. Beam" and has dial to adjust settings on side of gun along w/"Super Beam Signal Ray" raised text. Box has scattered aging/handling wear w/creases and small tears at corners/edges. Fine overall. Atomic Pistol works and clicker on side is not broken. Lightly aged but Exc. overall.
