9.25x12” soft cover w/80 pages printed on front sides. 1928 reprint book of 1907 political cartoons “Published in the Toledo News-Bee During the 1907 Campaign”. Many feature Buck Nix, a talking goat comic strip character Smith did for the Chicago Evening Journal beginning in 1908. Buck Nix would become Old Doc Yak. Last six pages are blank as issued. Lt. cover dust soil and a few minor creases. Fine overall w/original string binding intact. Interesting and historical. Extremely limited regional distribution. Unlisted in any price guides.
