9" tall glazed ceramic Policeman Brownie candlestick holder w/hole at top of hat to hold candle. Unmarked w/exception of incised number "2838-22" underneath base. c. 1890s. Nice detailing w/badge and billy club in hand and various trim accents to uniform. NM.
