Lot of three die-cut stiff paper fans, two 8x10", other 9x12". Two are dated 1915 other is dated 1916. Two earlier fans both feature close-up portraits of pretty women, one holding glass marked "Moxie". Text notes her as Frances Pritchard, a famed dancer of the era. Text goes on to give brief biography of her. NM. Second fan has partial portrait of woman w/Moxie Man pointing at bottom w/"Drink Moxie - Clean, Wholesome, Refreshing" text. Fan has lt. handling wear at bottom left but still displays Exc. Last fan features full body image of silent film star Muriel Ostriche, who holds a "Drink Moxie" glass. Trace of extreme margin wear but Exc. overall. Reverse of each fan features bw art showing carload of people stopping at "Moxie" shack for refreshment (on first and last fans) and couple drinking Moxie in canoe. Great trio.
