Cello is Mint. Ribbon is Fine. Second is 6" tall with jugate images, text below "Protection At Home And Abroad." Layered text below reads "U.S. Grant/Camp No. 5/Army And Navy/Republican League/Sacramento." Light tan stain on lower right. Symbolic gold color. Fine and Rare.
