1.25" tall hinged pair of brass plates in the shape of a flowing American flag with accent below of a hand holding the flagpole. Along the right edge, a small tab is released and the flag front springs open to a width of 1-5/8" revealing paper real photos without dot patterns of McKinley and Hobart against a high luster brass background. The enamel paint on the front remains over 90% complete and all else is Mint. Perfect working condition.
