Offered here is the original art for the first page of "Superboy" #22, published by DC Comics in Oct. 1981. Issue was written by Cary Bates w/interior art and cover by Schaffenberger. Splash page shows Superboy reacting in terror to tidal wave, poison cloud and "Glob-Creature From Space Searching For Human Blood." Inked editorial notations at top margin w/publishing paste-overs at bottom margin.
