Item Description
3x3" card holds four 7/8x1" brass shell jugates. Black and white photos without dot screen. Names of the candidates are printed on the card below each shell. The card also reads "5 Cents/Show Your Colors/Rhode Island Seal Mfg. Co." Moderate age tone to the cardboard and two short margin creases. First badge is NM, second has tiny indent on TR's cheek, third has tiny detail loss on TR's cheek, fourth is NM. The badges are scarce and a full card is rare.
