Item Description
Smallest is 5/8" reading "Bread Not Booze/Vote Dry" and dated 1917. While this displays Mint there are a pair of long vertical hairline cello cracks. Largest is 1" showing boy holding long pole with flowing American flag and text "A Stainless Flag." Back paper by Hoegee. Noticeable stain around the outer front edges. Other items are all 7/8". There are matching pairs of the "Vote No For My Sake" buttons one showing boy, one showing girl with one set in blue rim and other set in red rim. Slight fade on the red rim of the boy. Three of the four have back papers from "Mass. No-License League." Last with crossed American and Christian flags has rim text "For Anti-Saloon Territory/Vote Yes/For Homes & Boys & Girls." Union bug back stamp. Last with faded red color but otherwise VF reads "March For The Real Issue/The Saloon Or The Home/May 14 Temperance Parade 1910." Photo shows dirt speck by girl's feet but this is now removed. Complete with back paper by Quimby of Minnesota. Quite scarce and text remains readable. Unless noted items are NM and display Mint. A nice group.
