Item Description
7" tall celluloid toy w/built-in key and long wire metal tail. Marked "Made In Japan," 1930s. Mickey is designed w/pair of separate arms attached to his body by an elastic string. Toy works and his legs move back and forth rapidly as his body rambles about. When stationary, his tail serves as a prop to keep him upright for display. Scattered trace of paint wear on the tail but about 70% black paint remains. Top of left shoe has .5" indent and face has some scuffs by eyes, but still an above average example of this toy. Working and VF. From the Maurice Sendak Collection and comes with COA.
