Original illustrated cardboard box contains 2.5x8x4.25" tall toy that consists of celluloid figures of Mickey Mouse and Pluto on painted tin tricycle w/tin litho wheels. Made in Japan, 1930s. Distributed by Geo. Borgfeldt Corp. Nicely illustrated box features an image of this toy on main panel as well as two side panels, remaining side panels feature Mickey Mouse portrait. While box is all original and complete, it has professional color touch-ups to two top and three side edges that blend well. Other lt. scattered wear and color has darkened slightly w/age but still structurally sound. Still displays Fine. Great toy features Mickey on tricycle w/hand up as if waving and Pluto attached beside front wheel as if running along. Has built-in key and works, travels along and bell rings when wound. Slightest trace of aging to the wheels but no cracks or dents to the celluloid figures. An exceptional example. NM.
