1941 Ovaltine premium is all brass with large wing designs on each side while the top has a brass cover over a blade which spins when blown to produce a siren whistle. These do require significant lung power to operate. Ring has narrow line of luster loss from extreme edge of the round top cover. Overall 95% of the appearance is lustrous and condition is Exc. Insert is a 2.25x4.5" folder that opens to 6.75" and tells "The Story Behind Your 'Whirlwind' Whistling Ring." The back of the folder gives Captain Midnight's "Secret Signals." A few light creases on this from being mailed but otherwise clean and Exc. Envelope is missing end flap and has creases from mailing.
