Two different premium albums were issued to hold a total of 48 different labels. ©1952 Rock Hill Radio. Both albums (#1 and #2) are included in this lot along w/38 of the 48 labels. Each album is 7.5x8” and albums open to total length of 22.5”. Issued by various bakeries, both have ad on back for Fischer Baking Co. There are four illustrated panels for placement of labels, set #1 was numbered 1-24 and set #2 25-48. Album #1 has only lt. aging and is clean and VF. Album #2 has fair amount of insect damage and just comes along. Labels are 2.75x2.75" w/great color illustrations of crew members and various space related activities and scenes. 16 are complete/untrimmed while 22 have neatly trimmed margins as intended for mounting. Missing numbers are: 7,9-11,15-16,18,23,34,37. Scattered typical wear/aging but overall Fine w/few in lesser grades. Among the most popular bread label issues and a rare opportunity to obtain such an extensive lot at one time.
