8-5/8x12x4" deep box contains large 10.75" long hard plastic futuristic design gun by Webb Electric Co. 1950s. Gun was produced in three colors (red/yellow/green), this is yellow. Raised "Atom-Buster" text on both sides of barrel and "Webb" maker's name on grips. Gun comes w/thin paper target w/atomic mushroom cloud image that is attached to cardboard frame. These were easily destroyed from gun use, but this example shows just a trace of handling wear. VF/Exc. Come w/original instruction sheet. Gun works by pulling handle on back of gun, retracting interior thin rubber bellows, which is then released by pulling trigger, causing rush of air to exit barrel. The bellows are slightly discolored w/age, but remain pliable and gun works as designed. Outward appearance is unaffected and remains Exc. Box lid has some corner tip/edge wear and two areas of tape staining on sides. Free of splits. Box remains tight and is complete w/original cardboard insert. VF. Great atomic age toy.
