Original illustrated slipcase contains high quality hardcover of short story collection by Ray Bradbury. Features "The Toynbee Convector," a science fiction short story by Bradbury first published in "Playboy" magazine in 1984. Published by Alfred A. Knopf in 1988. Collection includes several stories original to this collection as well as others that originally appeared in the magazines "Omni, Gallery, Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine, Woman's Day" and "Weird Tales." This collection was printed in a limited edition of just 350 (originally sold for $150), this example has been hand-numbered "170" in black ink on first page. This page has also been signed in blue ink by Bradbury himself. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
