Original 12.5x16.5x.75" deep cardboard box w/nicely illustrated lid contains complete "Burckes A-Mazing Game" by Sudbury Manufacturing Company. 1948. Lid and gameboard (w/numerous die-cut holes for gameplay) features same stunning graphics which include various planets, spaceships, spacemen, robots as well as aliens and even a Wooly Mammoth. Gameboard was designed for use w/single plastic playing piece which is designed like man w/wide stride, feet to go in holes. Some lt. wear to holes, but player piece and two short lengths of included plastic remains attached w/original straps. Exc. Box shows some lt. wear, mainly to lid, which has remnants of tape strips on two side panels as well as some edge wear. VF. Scarce.
