Item Description
3.75" dia. base w/3-7/8" tall cast metal engine w/plated accents. Paperweight was issued by Universal Credit Company, a 1930s American financing entity for purchasers of Ford automobiles. Early 1930s. Detailed engine features separate, spinning fan blade. Name of company appears twice in raised lettering around base of paperweight, which could also serve as ashtray if desired. Plated accents show wear and details of engine have dust soiling. Fine overall.
