Over-sized 14.5x21" distribution flyer has been folded into quarters and has cover paste-on of "Mutt & Jeff" #6 comic book. 1942 Independent News Service Co. flyer announced the 35th Anniversary of Mutt & Jeff and that the title would become a quarterly publication w/the sixth issue. In addition to cover paste-on, flyer has great bw image of Mutt & Jeff w/Cicero's cat. Folded as issued, w/some handling creases along fold lines ad lt. margin wear. Fine/VF. Rare and the first we've seen in our 48 years.
