8.25x13.5" thin artboard w/onionskin overlay contains original pen and ink illustration by noted comic book artist Bill Ward, a cartoonist notable as a good girl artist and creator of the risqué comics character Torchy. Art was for the June, 1988 issue of "Juggs" magazine, an adult publication focusing on women w/large breasts. While Ward may be considered a good girl artist, the subject matter of this cartoon is much more adult in nature as a scantily-clad woman w/massive bare breasts (wearing only diamond earrings, long gloves, a corset, stockings and high heels, her pubic hair clearly visible) sits before a nervous-looking older man, her hand wrapped around his exposed and erect member. Motion lines by her wrist and breasts indicate movement. The art has blue penciled "The Peeper" title at bottom and magazine information penciled in red across top margin.
