Item Description
10.5x16.5x3" deep cardboard box w/die-cut display lid holds complete contents of twelve 4.5" tall glasses. c. 1930s. Box is designed for lid to be folded at die-cut areas and to display enclosed tumblers. Die-cut area has been punched and central glass insert has two heavy creases across it. Scattered wear to lid and corners, but box remains sturdy and bright. Fine. Lot includes three sets of four in three different colors, though all have same design of "Bobby Benson" on bucking bronco. Six different designs were produced, including "Holly & Aunt Lily, Texas Mason" and "Windy Wales" in lt. green, lt. yellow and red colors. Each glass has "H-O Ranger" text on back. These were obtained w/purchase of two packages of "Force Toasted Wheat Flakes." Glasses are NM w/full gloss. Rare.
