c. 1920s. Issued by Morris’ Supreme Butter. Each waxed thin cardboard flat is 10x11-5/8” w/ color image of product on one side and numbered circus “Act” scene on reverse. From set of 15. Includes nine different and two duplicates: #2 Kicking mule & clown, #3 Acrobat, #4 Clown on ladder, #5 Bareback Rider (2), #8 Girl on ostrich, #11 Trick monkey & dog, #13 Elephant ringing bell, #14 Juggling seal, #15 See-Saw tigers (2). Scattered wear and aging. All flaps are intact, just missing closure tabs. VG/Fine. A nicely designed scarce series of cut-outs.
